"Don't be ashamed of needing help. You have a duty to fulfill just like a soldier on the wall of battle. So what if you are injured and can't climb up without another soldier's help?” — Marcus Aurelius

How many people have failed in life and work because they were either too proud or too arrogant to ask for help? I know a lot.

Don't be that guy or girl that stays stuck for hours but feels shame in asking for help.

Marcus reminds us here that we have a duty to fulfill, something bigger than us, more important than our Egos.

So what if we get "injured and can't climb up without another soldier's help?"

Even the emperor of Rome was not afraid to delegate tasks and ask for help. Why are you?
