I am a certified life coach and meditation guide. Maybe you have stumbled upon this website by chance, or maybe you have been following me on my podcast, my youtube channel, or my blog. If it is the first time that we meet, I would love to know a little bit about you, and the best way to contact me is through this contact page. I also try to be as active as possible on Instagram and on Twitter.
To write about who I am is not an easy task. I have been through so many eras in my life, starting with 20 years of freelancing as a professional jazz and classical musician (I play the trombone!).
I was then bitten by the tech bug, and have been creating mobile applications for the last 5 years (ish). My latest venture is an app that I have created: eudaimonia.ai - It is simply a tool that I needed to live at my highest potential, and that I had the need to create for myself. It is now available for you too!
I am passionate about philosophy (mainly ancient philosophy, and more specifically stoicism), I am passionate about productivity and time management (because we only have 1 life divided in a limited amount of moments). I am fascinated by meditation and meditation practices, zen, and secular spirituality. I have taught meditation to hundreds of thousands of people in the last few years (thank you, internet!) and have coached dozens of individuals in living a good life.
I do not consider myself as a teacher, a master, nor a guru. I am an eternal seeker of all truths and their contraries, a dedicated student of life, and a committed transmitter of all the knowledge I have the privilege to gather.
For more information about what I am doing just now, I have created this "What I am doing now" page, that I try to update every week. I also have a weekly letter where I like to share my thoughts in a more intimate setting as my blog.
My main activity at the moment is to provide free guided meditations on my meditation podcast and on my meditation youtube channel. I believe this is the ground level for all self-improvement, and self-actualization. We start with the mind, the soul, and the body. The rest will be easier if we create that space for ourselves. Meditation also increases our ability to communicate, not only with others, but with ourselves too. And so, this is a good starting point. Because if you are here, you are probably looking for answers. And all great answers come from powerful questions.
Please feel free to reach out if you have more questions, and share these free guided meditations to anyone you feel might benefit from them.
